Reporting to Senior Drill & Blast Supervisor, you will monitor all drilling activity in order to maximize utilization and performance drilling unit; organize and control drilling resources to achieve target on schedule by leading and directly guidance; ensure all drilling activity on schedule and achieve in time frame by its standard quality work; actively communicate and coordinate to blasting & operation crew.
Applicants should have at least High School graduate with an extensive experience in related similar position for minimum 2 years as similar. Preferred character traits include hardworking, good in communication, discipline, and loyal worker.
With continued growth we are seeking an experience resources that will be located in our Balikpapan Support Office as Logistic Superintendent.
These senior roles reporting to Procurement and Logistic Manager and will be responsible to manage all logistic activities to meet the role requirement and support the administrative activities; contribute to the achievement of the business objective by providing professional logistic services and activities for all project; lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in job performance, HSE outcome and the business result; ensure the performance is achieved in daily job, HSE & Q outcomes and business result; provide proactive, quality administration support to the business.
You will need to have Degree preferable in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years experience in similar role in Mining, Construction or Oil & Gas Industry. Previous experiences at least in Superintendent level is preferred. We are looking for an incumbent who is Self Motivated and has an Analytical approach to assess solutions to problems.
Additional requirements for this position excellent skill in training and presentation, verbal and written English, communication across all levels in the organisation, familiar working with Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, and willing to travel to Project Sites.
