Specific Accountabilities :

  • Compensation Processing
  • Processing of  compensation related activities.
  • Daily monitoring and checking of commission transactions.
  • Reconciliation with Finance and Actuarial.
  • Coordination with banks for commission payouts.
  • Adjustments for exceptions and special campaigns.
  • Handle all inquiries on distribution compensation.
  • Produce reports and statements on agent’s commission and bonuses.
  • IT projects
  • Define and coordinate Business requirements for new products and compensations changes.
  • Coduct User testing of new products and compensation changes.
  • Production and Contest reporting
Produce and validate production and contest reports.
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good communication skill in verbal and written
  • English proficiency
  • Good computer skill, MS office – especially in spreadsheet
  • Hard worker and self motivated
  • Organized
  • Willing to work on extended hours when needed
  • Accuracy and quality of work is very important
  • 2 years experience in handling payroll if preferably


Business System Analyst

Job Summary :
The position is responsible for the identification, analysis and development of business requirements for systems development projects; defining and reviewing the design of the proposed system solution; and testing, implementation and documentation of the supported systems used in the assigned business unit.


Specific Accountibilities :

  • Identifies areas for improvement / enhancement on existing and new systems to support different initiatives of the company.
  • Determines, analyzes, and documents the business requirements from the business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications.
  • Identifies possible improvements in the business processes to reduce manual work and overhead, as well as improve overall turnaround time of business processes.
  • Facilitates change management by working with various business areas to address issues and potential impact and/or benefits of the changes in the proposed system.
  • Communicates with the developers for clarification of business requirements, testing, and reporting of errors found in the systems being supported.
  • Identifies all possible test scenarios and prepares the test plan for the systems under development.
  • Executes the test plan and conducts the acceptance testing for the developed programs as required.
  • Prepares and documents manual and system procedures in support of the business needs.
  • Provides post-implementation and production support for supported systems including analysis of production problems raised by business users.
  • Conducts systems training for the business community as needed.
  • Prepares progress reports within agreed time frames.
 
Skills & Knowledge Required :
  • A college degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics with at least three years experience in business & systems analysis;
  • Must have strong logical analysis skills preferably with systems design background and skills in programming;
  • Must have strong analytical and conceptual skills, good interviewing skills (for data gathering/business requirements preparation);
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented;
  • Experience on life insurance are preferable;
  • Must be familiar with Office Automation tools such as MS Office and Lotus Notes, preferably with knowledge in macro programming or report writer tools;
  • With high stress tolerance and capable of dealing with all levels of management.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays if necessary.


Service Improvement

Job Summary:
This function is responsible for assisting head of Service Improvement for reporting and preparing document that related with metrics and procedures, and administrative tasking to support plan of department.

  • Prepare reporting and summary of metrics and service level to measure turn around time, productivity and quality of various business unit that needed for review frequently.
  • Prepares documentations and procedures for the business units being supported
  • Cooperate with business unit to provide information that related with reporting and procedure.
  • Cooperate with superior and  analyst to follow up any activities that related with department planning.
 
Skills & Knowledge Required :
  • Fresh Graduate - University degree preferably from Engineering or Science.
  • Must have strong logic in measurement and calculation.
  • Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting and writing of documentation.
