Job location : Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In charge of the Secretarial Job which specific related to Projects.
  • Take responsibility for Project Documentation, such as preparing Technical Documents, Site Folder, etc
  • Assisting to Project Manager in any project meetings, and in charge of the Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
  • Maintain Project Database for each site updated status and Certificates.
  • Assist PM in registering the Acceptance Certificate from Customer in the EPMS.
  • Assist PM in issuing the Purchase Request (PR) and ensure the content of the PR is correct, complete, based on the Sales Requirements and already registered in the EPMS before pass the original PR to Verification Specialist (VS).
  • In charge of checking all the Certificates from Customer to HW and HW to subcontractors and to ensure all the certificates are valid and correct.
  • Continuously update the database after PR Issuance.
  • Report collection, reporting preparation, shipment requestor, project insurance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree
  • Female Only
  • At least 1 year experience in related field of job or project administration
  • Written and converse ability in English
  • Able to work independently in a minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to adapt in multi-culture environment and paced changing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Possess positive working attitude, generalist and able to manage the work pressure
