To implement and manage markeitng strategies and action plans for key
markets, crops, customers and products. Lead and coordinate
advertising, integrated promotions and campaign plan and its
implementation. Ensure optimal result of marketing activities, mainly
promotion and campaign activities across strategic crops, customers and
products and analyze the result based on agreed parameters of success.
Regularly review marketing activities and continuously seek a creative
and better way to penetrate the market and win the competition
Requirements:
- Posses Bachelor degree in Agricultural Science or related degree from reputable university. Preferably MM or MBA degree
- Extensive technical and marketing knowledge
- Having at least 3 years working experience in Crop Protection market in Indonesia in similar position
- Understand Crop protection industry
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Computer literate is a must
- Good in Communication & Negotiation Skill and team work
