Manage the implementation of Govenrment & Company rules/policies
across functions. Create a harmony in the working environment and
maintain relationship with stakeholders. Establish people development
& training program together with fuction manager as well as
industrial relation. Provide support to the business
Requirements:
- Posses Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- Having broad knowledge and understanding in : Human Resources, People management, Manpower law and License to operate
- Experience in change management process in the manufacturing based industry
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication coordination and networking skills
- Having 5 years experience in HR roles, combined experience in legal will be an advantage
- Based in Gunung Putri
