PT Wintermar is an offshore marine company established in Indonesia on September 24, 1970. From a fleet consisting of only tugs and barges totalling nine units in the late eighties, PT Wintermar and its group of companies has since expanded to a total present size of more than eighty vessels. The range of vessels, which are made up of various sizes and power, include mooring boats, towing tugboats, terminal tugboats, flat top barges, oil barges, aluminium crew boats and oil tankers. The company has International Safety Management (ISM) certification by American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia. Added to that, we also have ISO 9000 : 2001 ABS certification and is also ISPS certified. Presently PT Wintermar is working towards OHSAS certification.

Certified as Internal Auditor for above management system is most preferable
Has capability as a trainer
EXPERIENCE
Min. 2 years experience in similar position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Together with CS-MR provide a link between the shore management and those on board the vessel to ensure safe required by related QHSE Management System Having appropriate knowledge and experience to carry out responsibilities effectively associated with the verification applied QHSE Management System Together with team is responsible to all matters related to the requirement to develop and continual improvement or implementation both onshore and onboard the vessel
Conduct random checking on vessel monthly report and carry out audit accordingly
Monitoring the safety and pollution prevention aspects of the vessel as assigned
Ensure all shipboard emergency situations are reported and communicated to the relevant shore based department master of the ship including for the analysis and investigation process
Ensure all personnel are able to carry out all procedures, systems, testing, training, familiarization, orientation, drills emergency preparedness and response accordingly
