Job Summary :
Responsible for managing the operational processes and service level delivery of deployed IT infrastructure solutions across the stake holders.
Scope of responsibility includes the operational management of :
- IT Infrastructure deployment (LAN, WAN, servers, voice/data)
- Data centre operational (job sheet, facility, security)
- System and database administration (access, profile, performance tuning, inductions)
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 8/10 years experience in managing practical IT Operational area with strong exposure to the operational management of network, server, data centre and system/database administration within a large scale multinational company.
- Possess a strong project and resources management skill.
- Possess a good communication skill to both internal & external group.
